General Payment Terms

  1. For items priced or commissioned at $300 or more, you may use our Payment Plan.  You must inform us in writing, in advance, if you wish to take advantage of the Payment Plan.  Unless otherwise agreed, the date of your email counts as the Payment Plan agreement date.  The terms are:

  2. 1.One-third (33%) of the purchase price received within 10 calendar days of the agreement date.

  3. 2.One-third (33%) of the purchase price received within 90 calendar days of the agreement date.

  4. 3.One-third (33%) of the purchase price plus shipping and handling fees received within 180 calendar days of agreement date.

  5. 4.Once the funds for the final installment clear, your item will be sent to you.

IMPORTANT:  If at any time during the Payment Plan process you miss a deadline or change your mind about your purchase, your money will be refunded minus 25% of the initial downpayment.


Payment Plan

  1. We accept payments by all major credit cards via PayPal.  We also accept money orders purchased from the post office or Western Union.  Other types of money orders and personal checks take up to 10 business days to clear the bank.  For international purchases (outside of the continental United States), we ONLY accept PayPal.  We never accept any kind of money order, personal check or cashier’s check purchased outside of the United States.

  2. Items priced under $300 payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

  3. $300 and over you must pay in full within 14 calendar days of purchase or you may request our Payment Plan (see below).

  4. Commissions follow the Payment Plan (see below).

  5. Tax of 8.25% will be charged to Texas residents only.

  6. Returned personal checks will incur a fee of $30.00.
